Raised on her grandmother’s street cart, trained in Melbourne and Paris, back home in Saigon. Linh cooks the food she grew up stealing off trays, turned up to eleven.

The Rouge Room: your table, your rules
A private room for 8–18 guests, full buyouts for up to 60, and set menus built around your crew. Birthdays, board meetings, betrothals: we’ve fed them all, and the karaoke after is optional but encouraged.
