Will I be treated in English?
Yes. Consultations, treatment explanations and aftercare instructions are available in English or Japanese at every appointment — simply tell the front desk which you prefer.
Do you accept Japanese health insurance?
We accept Japanese national health insurance for standard treatment. Cosmetic procedures such as whitening and veneers are private-pay; we provide written estimates before beginning.
Can I be seen without an appointment?
Emergencies are always seen the same day — please call first so we can prepare. For routine visits, we recommend booking ahead, as same-week slots fill quickly.
What happens at a first visit?
Plan for about 60 minutes: a conversation about your history and concerns, a full examination with digital X-rays, and a clear written plan. No treatment happens on the first visit unless you ask for it.
